The sturdy griddle plate is made of Iron and quickly transfers the heat from the heating elements to the food while still maintaining its temperature. The solid plate is 360 x 380 mm and is extremely versatile thanks to its partly smooth and partly grooved surface. A splash guard protects the food from wind and heat loss outdoors and also prevents your food from falling down in the kitchen or grease splashes from soiling your furnishings. The grill is made of high-quality Stainless steel and is thus particularly resistant to corrosion, neutral in contact with food, and easy to clean.
