Krill Phospholipids PL+DHA contains a concentrated formula of DHA (docosahexaenoic acid), a long-chain fatty acid belonging to the omega-3 family. It uses PL+ technology, where krill oil phospholipids enhance the absorption and bioavailability of DHA (extracted from the microalga Schizochytrium sp.) by up to 5 times compared to other fish oil or microalgae extracts in triglyceride form. One 200 mg capsule of Krill Phospholipids PL+DHA is equivalent to 1000 mg of DHA in triglyceride form. The formula also contains astaxanthin.
