The 1978 Ibanez Musician MC400, produced in Japan. It is one of the first and most valued models from the legendary Musician series — a professional line of Ibanez created in the late 1970s, to compete with Gibson's highest models or Alembica. The Musician series gained reputation very quickly thanks to its phenomenal quality of performance, the neck-through construction and very advanced electronics. These were designed instruments for professional musicians and are still considered one of the best guitars produced by Ibanez in the vintage MJ era. The copy comes from 1978 and has a classic neck-through-body design with multi-part griffin and original electronics.
