This 3 piece set includes a 20cm carving knife, straight carving fork and a 21cm sharpening steel. Crafted from premium quality chrome-molybdenum-vanadium stainless steel, the fine taper-ground blades on these Sabatier knives are difficult to blunt, yet easy to sharpen. This 3 piece set is dishwasher safe, although hand washing is recommended.
