Thanks to sophisticated signal routing, robust workmanship and intuitive operation, the RM64 is ideal for targeted audio distribution in several areas simultaneously. Four zones, full control The mixer offers four individually assignable zone outputs. Each of the four line inputs (stereo RCA) and the two microphone inputs (XLR) can be freely routed to one or more zones using a switch. This means that users always retain control over the sound distribution - regardless of whether background music, targeted announcements or a combined audio signal is required. Integrated microphone functions with ducking Two microphone inputs with adjustable input sensitivity and switchable +12 V phantom power provide extended flexibility in microphone selection. An automatic ducking function automatically lowers the level of the music sources in the affected zones when a microphone is in use. This enables clear and intelligible announcements without manual intervention or complex signal processing. Connections and installation The outputs are designed as balanced XLR connections and provide a low-noise, professional audio signal. For external level control, 6.35 mm jack sockets are available for each zone, which can be easily connected to a potentiometer. The RM64 is housed in a robust 19" case and requires only one height unit (1 U) in the rack.
