A solid Alaskan spruce top provides exceptionally clear mid and treble frequencies that are perfectly complemented by the warm bass frequencies of the laminated walnut body, making the instrument tonally very balanced overall. To perfect the playing feel, the manufacturer relies on a flat mahogany neck with a rough-grained walnut fingerboard that can be gripped cleanly and obligingly in all 19 frets thanks to a combination of a generous cutaway and a nut width of 50 mm. In addition, the classical guitar is equipped with an in-house Ortega MagusPro pickup system with integrated tuner, so that it can also unfold its full potential when amplified.
