The Advanced Jumbo comes with solid tonewoods that have been thermo treated to give the impression that the instrument has been played for decades. Furthermore, the top is equipped with a hand-filed Scalloped-Advanced-X-Bracing, which ensures a very fast and perfect response. Therefore, the acoustic guitar is perfectly suited for expressive strumming and vocal accompaniment. Visually, the overall appearance is dominated by the striking AJ pickguard, the vintage sunburst finish and the old Gibson lettering on the headstock. The scope of delivery includes an accessory kit and a sturdy guitar case. Construction and woods To ensure that all frequencies are developed clearly and distinctly, the top is made of Adirondack spruce, because this coarse-grained tonewood was already preferred for the construction of high-quality musical instruments in the early 20th century. Due to an elaborate thermo treatment and the flat bracing, the Guitar generates a powerful tone even with light strokes, which is enriched with a pleasant warmth thanks to the mahogany body. The strong mahogany neck has a 'V' profile for perfect playability.
