This chafing dish stands out with its striking golden design. Simple to handle and flexible in use, the chafing dish uses fuel paste to keep the water bath warm (not included). The easily accessible fuel containers have lids for easy extinguishing of the flame. To operate the catering food warmer, fill the bottom container with up to 14 litres of hot water. The stainless steel water bath evenly distributes heat to the included 9-litre food container. This way, your dishes stay warm without any risk of burning. The stainless steel lid prevents contamination, directs condensation back to the water bath, and keeps the internal temperature of the chafing dish stable. To open the chafing dish and serve the dishes, just tilt the lid back using the heat-resistant handle. The viewing window allows you to keep an eye on the food when the lid is closed.
