This mattress is bunk bed compatible. Our polyblend cover is micro-quilted polyester knitted (zip-off and removable). Combined with open-cell memory foam it greatly improves air circulation to help regulate the body temperature at comfortable levels all night. It is hypoallergenic, anti-bacterial and anti-dust-mite.
