This Scanpan Pro IQ 20cm Saucepan with Lid is made from hand-cast 100% recycled aluminium which offers outstanding heat distribution and is guaranteed not to warp or have hot spots. Aluminium is also considerably lighter than other materials making this saucepan easier to handle. A steel disc is cast into the base making it suitable for all hob types, including induction. Ideal for making sauces and general simmering and boiling tasks. This saucepan is also oven proof up to a temperature of 260°C. The Stratanium non-stick coating is PFOA and PFOS-free, metal utensil safe and offers exceptional performance for perfect cooking results. In fact Scanpan's Stratanium non-stick coating is so good it is designed for fat-free frying so you only ever need add oil or fat for flavouring purposes, making it a healthy choice for the kitchen. A riveted, brushed stainless steel handle transfers very little heat and is comfortable to hold. A glass lid with stylish steel rim is included with this saucepan and is also heat resistant to 260°C. Designed and manufactured in Denmark, this 20cm non-stick saucepan has a 2.5L capacity. Hand wash recommended. Supplied with a 10 year Scanpan guarantee.
