If the HP OneShred 12MC is not used for a period of 30 minutes, it automatically switches to sleep mode status whereby the power consumption is reduced to less than 0.5 watts. A full waste bin indicator alerts you in good time as to when the bin needs emptying. The large waste bin with a capacity of 25 litres is simply pulled out of the device for emptying and then pushed back in again until the bin audibly clicks into place. The shredder, which can be operated intuitively, is equipped with four castors so that it can be used flexibly and can change its place of use without any problems. With an operating noise of 65 decibels, the HP OneShred 12MC shreds relatively quietly. If the shredder slows down over time and the noise level increases the cutting mechanism should be cleaned with suitable care products. To ensure you are readily prepared for this, the shredder already comes with a HP Shredder Oil Sheet.
